PDM welcomes feedback and comments, but please note that PDM’s e-Panel Advisory Board consists of a group of Experts in the field of Diabetes, who work on a voluntary basis to contribute their time and advice to the Diabetes Community. Although the Advisory Board is committed and do their very best to accommodate and answer all enquiries and questions received through the website within a reasonable timeframe, PDM cannot guarantee that all questions and enquiries are answered, as the Experts have very busy working schedules besides being volunteers on PDM’s e-Panel Advisory Board. As PDM receives an overwhelming amount of enquiries and questions on a daily basis, PDM disclaims any responsibility and reliability for questions or enquiries submitted that are not replied or replied late.
PDM would also like to emphasise that the e-Panel Advisory Board only serves as a supplementary advisory service and should not be the only channel for seeking advice about symptoms and conditions associated with diabetes. First choice must always be to contact, consult and seek advice from the attending Doctor or healthcare professional in charge of the patient, hence advice from the e-Panel Advisory Board must not be depended upon as the only option for seeking advice.
