(Malaysian Diabetes Association)
Persatuan Diabetes Malaysia (PDM) telah ditubuhkan pada 1981 and didaftar pada 1983 dibawah Akta Pertubuhan 1966 sebagai pertubuhan bukan kerajaan untuk membantu pesakit diabetes menjalankan kehidupannya yang sihat dan produktif.
{Persatuan Diabetes Malaysia (PDM) was formed in 1981 and registered in 1983, under the Societies Act 1966, as a non-govermental organization to help people with diabetes to lead healthy and productive lives.}
Membership
Keahlian Persatuan adalah terbuka bagi pesakit diabetes, pegawai perubatan professional dan pihak-pihak yang ingin meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai diabetes.
{PDM’s membership is open to people with diabetes, healthcare professionals and others interested in diabetes.}

Ahli-ahli boleh membelikan alat -alat menyukat gula dalam darah, jarum dengan harga yang berpatutan
{To purchase Glucometers, strips, needles, lancets, etc. at reasonable price}
Boleh terima Berita Kontrol, risalah dan lain –lain.
{To receive Newsletters, Pamphlets, etc}
Membantu pesakit kanak - kanak, dan dewasa yang amat memerlukannya.

Persatuan Diabetes Malaysia welcomes all members of the public and others who fulfil the requirements described below:
Ordinary Members:
Membership is open to all:
- Diabetics
- Those interested in diabetes and other objectives of the Association
- Members of the medical and para medical profession.
Life Members
Membership is open to all ordinary members.
Commercial Members
Membership is open to any firm, commercial or industrial organisation
Honorary Members
Distinguished persons who have rendered notable service to the Association or to the understanding of diabetes may on the recommendation of the Council be elected Honorary Members by a majority vote at a General Meeting.
Membership Fees
Ordinary Members:
Annual Fee RM 10.00
Life Members:
One-time Fee RM 100.00
Commercial Members:
Annual Fee RM 500.00
